What You Need to Know
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for your piece of mind.
Shipping is done with the environment in mind. You may notice that your shipping bag indicates that it is biodegradable. Please feel free to compost these shipping bags, and within 3 months they will be completely dissolved into naturally occurring elements. Some items may be wrapped in recycled tissue paper or shipped in cardboard boxes that are good for reusing or recycling.

Shipping will generally occur within 5 business days.

While we understand that returns may need to be made in some cases, no returns will be accepted on made to order items, personalized items, or wearables.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days, and no refunds will be granted until the items are returned and received.
